What are the dates of the conference?The DevSummit (for Developers only) runs all day Monday, May 19th and Tuesday, May 20th, 2008. Register now. MapWorld 08 begins on Wednesday, May 21th and ends on Friday morning, May 23rd. Register now. Pre-Conference Workshops will be held on Tuesday, May 20th. These are typically half-day workshops focused on specific topics. What if I have questions about MapWorld 08 or DevSummit?Send us an email at mapworld@mapinfo.com or call us at (518) 285-7500. Can I bring a guest to the conference? What about my children?You can purchase a ticket (Guest Fee of $50.00) if you who would like to bring a guest to the Customer Appreciation Party on Wednesday evening. The Guest Fee does not get your guest into any other meals, conference sessions or workshops. The conference is open to adults over 18 years of age with paid registration. You are welcome to bring your children to the resort, but they will not be able to attend meals or conference functions. The Rio Resort Hotel Las Vegas is in the heart of beautiful downtown Las Vegas, just off the strip and close to many of the city's attractions and activities. Are there discounts for bringing more than one person from my organization?Yes. Each additional person that registers from your organization will receive $200 off the registration fee.
